Gay Play Day 2012

Gay Play Day is an annual festival of LGBT theatre. Our inaugural year at the Alumnae Theatre in Toronto was a great success. Many thanks to all of the writers, directors and performers!

Our line-up for 2012 included:

Intervention - Written & Directed by Bruce Harrott

Ramblings of a Middle Aged Drag Queen - Written & Directed by Darren Stewart-Jones

The Object of Her Attraction - Written by Tina McCulloch  Directed by PJ Hammond

Stupid Bitch - Written & Directed by Durango Miller

We also featured a staged reading of Hamilton Bus Stop, a new one act play by award-winning queer playwright Sky Gilbert, starring Nick Green & Elley-Ray Hennessy.

"I will accept anything in the theatre . . . provided it amuses or moves me." - Noel Coward.
